Loved our big size and well-organised rooms in this place.
Location: the hotel was very close to the center and train station and Marine park. Booked a room with DECENT views of the town. Good services were available.

Reasonably large & well laid out rooms with futon beds and private onsen facility, for instance.

Alan
The hotel offers spacious and well-organised rooms with bathtub and separate toilets, for example. There is good choice of perfect food for breakfast. The location is decent and amazing, as the venue is based that near to train station other than that everything was good.

Our stay at Kawaguchiya Kinosaki Riverside was absolutely amazing! The hotel had its own hot spring and we were able to visit 7 city public onsens as well. The staff was so helpful and friendly, and they could communicate in English. The town itself was a perfect place to end our trip in Japan. We fell in love with the lovely town and the hotel made our journey perfect. I would strongly recommend this place. I'll definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the JR station. The hotel had two onsen, and we especially loved the larger one. The room we stayed in exceeded our expectations. It was clean, spacious, and had a breathtaking river view. The staff at the front office were incredibly helpful and friendly, always with a smile on their faces. They even helped me with putting on a yukata, which was a lovely touch. The wifi was reliable, and the meals at the restaurant were absolutely delicious. The staff there were friendly, enthusiastic, and professional. The dinner and breakfast options were both fantastic. it was a perfect stay, and we can't wait to come back for our anniversary. Thank you to all the staff for taking such good care of us.

This hotel blew me away. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, with amenities that exceeded my expectations. The private bath was a favorite of mine, giving me a luxurious spa experience. their location was spot on - it was only a short walk to the nearest attraction!
While some aspects of this hotel made it very enjoyable, there were also some points for improvement. Unfortunately, their wifi signal was weak, which caused a bit of inconvenience.

We had a memorable stay at this hotel. The room was spacious with a dining area, separate bathroom, and amazing river view. The hotel provided an access pass to seven different onsens, including two in-house onsens, which were larger and cleaner than most public baths. The food was delicious, and the staff was friendly and hospitable. Though the hotel was a little far from the crowded streets, it was located near the train station and close to restaurants.
Didn’t dislike anything about this hotel.

We stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located near the train station and restaurants but away from the crowded streets. The room was clean and cozy with a great view of the river. The breakfast was delicious and the service was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed relaxing in the onsen after a long day of exploring.
The hotel seemed a bit outdated and could use some renovations to make it more modern.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, respectful, and helpful. They made our stay comfortable and went above and beyond to assist us. The rooms were cleaned meticulously even when they were a total mess. The hotel onsen was fabulous, and the staff provided personal kimonos for us to explore the town's onsens. It was a relaxing experience that left us feeling refreshed. Worth the effort to travel that far. The hotel/ryokan was located on the edge of town, making it convenient to walk to all the attractions. The staff was amazing and friendly, even helping us overcome language barriers. Our suite had a private outside bath, authentically decorated rooms, and the staff even booked dinner at local restaurants for us. We would definitely stay here again.
Felt very well, no complaints at all.

Billy
Spacious suite with open-air bath, friendly and helpful staff, quiet public onsen, provided yukata and onsen pass, good location near train station.
Was all great.

The private bath in our room provided a romantic ambiance, perfect for couples on a getaway. The hotel’s shuttle service was an excellent convenience, as it was located a bit away from the main attraction. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed during our stay.
The wifi signal was quite weak, which was a bit frustrating when trying to plan activities for the day. the tobacco smell in the room was a bit off-putting, but the air purifier provided some relief.
