The staff showed outstanding care throughout our stay! ! They were attentive and genuinely interested in our comfort. The views from our private open-air hot tub were breathtaking with both river and mountain scenery. Also, the traditional Japanese meals were truly fantastic, presented with fine detail and care.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service to local onsens and explored some nearby shops. The staff was super accommodating, and the dinner menu was delicious. Definitely try their breakfast. it’s unforgettable! Free umbrellas during rain were a nice touch too.
The hotel showed its age, and the shower room could use some updates. That took away a bit from our experience.
